Known for their high-quality hardwood furniture, they’ve now introduced a state-of-the-art robotic cell for milling and sanding, showing that even timeless craftsmanship can benefit from a little automation.

Using a FANUC industrial robot paired with RoboDK’s advanced programming software, the system handles everything from heavy-duty belt sanding to precision orbital finishing and intricate milling. It’s all about boosting precision, efficiency, and sustainability—without losing that handcrafted touch.

Owner Zoran Mesicki called seeing it all come together “an incredible experience”—and who can blame him? Watching a robot flawlessly sand a table leg is oddly satisfying.

And they’re not stopping there. Plans are underway for curvilinear edge banding and even robotic sanding for composite bathroom fixtures. Because when it comes to pushing boundaries in furniture design, Enterijer Mesicki is making sure robots pull their weight—without asking for a lunch break.
