Hi Guys, I’m Philip English from robophil.com, now on this video we are looking in to the Automated Pet Care Products, Litter box Robot!

Automated Pet Care Products, Inc. was founded in 1999 with the purpose of creating the best automatic self cleaning litter box. They design and produce high end appliance-type pet products and their goal is to make your life as a cat owner easier by eliminating the daily hassle of litter box scooping. The Litter-Robot made its market debut in April of 2000 and is made from tough recyclable plastics and industrial grade components, so the Litter-Robot is designed to last. The self clean Litter Robot, patented sifting system means that you never have to scoop litter again. It works by giving your cat a 7 minute countdown when they leave the litter box. Once the countdown is complete the robot starts a cleaning cycle, where the globe slowly rotates and sifts out the clean dry litter from the soiled litter. The clumps then fall through the waste port, directly in to the draw below. Then the globe rotates back in to position, leaving the robot ready for its next visitor. The litter Robot cleans it self after each use, to help eliminate odours and the odour absorbing carbon filter provides the most comprehensive odour management solution available. The large waste drawer holds several days’ worth of waste, giving you the time and freedom to do the things you enjoy.  You can take that weekend trip or leave town for a short business trip without having to worry about your cat litter box. Cleaning the litter box is now as simple as changing a kitchen garbage bag every few days. If you have several cats, the Litter-Robot drawer may still need to be emptied daily, but you will never again have to scoop a dirty litter box by hand! The Litter-Robot gently separates the waste clumps from the clean litter. There are no rake mechanisms that can get jammed or clogged, or that need frequent cleaning and maintenance. The Litter-Robot is a reliable, low maintenance, automatic self cleaning cat litter box that works and keeps on working. The sifting cycle aside, the Litter-Robot is available 24/7/365. And, other than occasional attention for simple cleaning and adding litter, you and your pet should enjoy the uninterrupted service and safe operation from the Litter-Robot. The Litter-Robot operates at a safe voltage level of 12 volts DC (adapter included). There are no moving parts, sharp objects, or electrical wiring inside the globe that could harm your cat. A safety mechanism prevents the Litter-Robot from operating when a cat is inside. As an additional safety feature, the globe rotates very slowly during the cleaning cycle. If your cat tries to re-enter during the cleaning cycle, the motor will shut off automatically. The spacious globe provides a large litter bed area for your cat. The Litter-Robot accommodates cats up to 15 lbs, but according to customers reports, larger cats have adapted to the Litter-Robot without problems. Thanks Guys, I hope you enjoyed the overview of the Litter Robot, by Automated Pet Care Products Inc.
